1. Burj Khalifa
Burj Khalifa is definitely the number one that you must see when visiting Dubai. There is no taller building in the world.
Not only you can take stunning pictures in front of it, but you can also go to the top, where from the observation deck you have an amazing view of the city.
Moreover, you can visit the lounge with some light meals and drinks.
Another option is to book a table in one of the restaurants or a hotel room in the Armani Hotel located inside Burj Khalifa.
2. Dubai Fountain
Dubai Fountain is another special experience that you can’t miss. And it is completely free. How cool is that?
Dubai Fountain is right in front of Burj Khalifa and every evening performs an extraordinary choreographical show where the water dances with the music and shoots up to 152 meters.
Dubai Fountain is the largest Fountain in the world. If you want to take your experience even higher, you can buy a ticket for an abra boat and watch it right from the lake where the fountain is located.
3. Skydive Dubai
Skydive Dubai is for those who love adrenaline. Imagine jumping from the plane above the Palm Jumeirah Island and seeing the city underneath you.
You will jump with a professional skydiver and a cameraman who will record the whole experience for you.

4. Burj Al Arab
Burj Al Arab is the only 7-star hotel in the world and the most luxurious hotel in Dubai. It stands on a private man-made island with security at the beginning of the bridge.
Burj Al Arab is in the shape of a sailboat and the interior is from gold, marble, and crystals. At the top, there is a helipad where also special events with celebrities take place.

Directly in front of the hotel before the security gate, at Umm Suqeim Beach, Al Sufouh Beach, or partially from Madinat Jumeirah and Wild Wadi Waterpark.
5. Aura Skypool
Aura Skypool is the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool. It is located in the Palm Tower on the 50th floor, at a height of 210 meters.
You must book the entry ticket in advance on their website. Day and evening experiences are available and you can choose the view where you want to sit.
Except for the pool experience, there are indoor experiences with food and drinks or you can go for yoga.
6. Dubai Mall
Dubai Mall is one of the largest malls in the world. It has more than 200 fashion brands, and dining experiences in the form of restaurants, cafes, food courts, and a lot of entertainment.
You can find here the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, ice rink, cinema, Emirates Airbus A380 simulator, Hysteria, Play DXB-virtual reality, Go Carts, for smaller children KidZania, Soft Play, and Trampo Extreme.
Whether you like to shop, eat, have fun, or just look around, Dubai Mall is a must-visit.
Tip: If you can, visit it during the week and early in the morning before it gets crowded. And dedicate at least half a day to it.
7. Sky Views Dubai
Sky Views Observatory allows you to see the city at a high of 219 m while walking on the glass floor.
It is located downtown, so you can see Burj Khalifa and the city center. Except for a glass walk, you can go on a glass slide and the most thrilling experience is the edge walking.
Tip: I recommend not visiting during the peak season as it is a very popular attraction.
8. Muzeum of the Future
Museum of the Future is an astonishing building with Arabic writing that you can see while driving on the main Sheikh Zayed Road.
When visiting inside the museum, you will enter the future through technology and senses. There are also dedicated areas for children where they can learn and play.
However, if you don’t make it inside, at least take some pictures outside as the building itself is extraordinary.
9. Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island in the shape of a palm tree. It is so huge, that it can be seen from space.
There are hotels, restaurants, residential buildings, and villas. At the end is the famous Atlantis the Palm Hotel and next to it is the newly built Atlantis the Royal.
You will reach the island either by car, taxi, or by monorail. You can visit the Atlantis Hotel, walk on a boardwalk, go to the beach, have a meal in one of the restaurants, and go to the observation deck The View At The Palm from where you will have a stunning view of the palm.
10. Ski Dubai
Ski Dubai is one of the world’s largest indoor ski centers, so you can ski or snowboard even in Dubai.
You will find there real snow, a chairlift, and slides for kids, you can even participate in the penguins’ encounter.
If you don’t fancy a winter in Dubai, go at least and see it from outside. It is located in the Mall of the Emirates.
11. XLine Dubai Marina
Another one for the adrenaline junkies. XLine Dubai Marina is the largest urban zipline in the world.
It is located in the Marina where you will fly from one side to another, at a height of 170 m, and with a speed of 80 km/h. It is 1 km long.
There are two lines next to each other, so you can have fun together with your friend or family member.
12. Dubai Desert Safari
When you come to Dubai, you should not miss the desert. It is completely different from the hassle of the city.
You can either go alone by 4×4 car or take a desert safari tour where you will experience dune bashing, and picture taking on sandy dunes, you can choose from activities like camel riding, sandboarding, quad biking, and have dinner in the camp.

Aquaventure Waterpark is located in the Atlantis Hotel and has the most water slides in the park, achieving the World’s Guinness Record.

Dubai Global Village is a fantastic place. In Global Village, you can see the world in one day.
There are pavilions representing different countries, markets to buy souvenirs from each country, and places to try traditional food.

15. Deep Dive Dubai

The water temperature is 30 degrees Celsius and there are 56 cameras for everyone’s safety.
