What is Dubai Miracle Garden?
Dubai is not only about skyscrapers, beaches, shopping malls, and souks. If you are looking for a little bit of natural space in Dubai, Miracle Garden is the right place.
Dubai Miracle Garden was opened on Valentine’s day on the 14th of February 2013. With this said, Miracle Garden is a nice place for a romantic day out as well as for a family to spend time together.
Dubai Miracle Garden is home to almost 150 million different flowers that are used to build replica monuments, cartoons, and other interesting objects. The themes of the Garden are changed every year.
You could see there for example a replica of the Burj Khalifa, Emirates A380, the Eiffel tower, Disney cartoons, a floral clock, a lake park, and more. For this season 2022/2023, they prepared a launch of a smurf village. Therefore if you or your children would love to see them, plan your visit there.
Dubai Miracle Garden is open from October to May and it is closed during the summer months when Dubai gets very hot. The reasons for closing during the summer are, firstly they need to take care of the flowers so they don’t die and prepare new themes for the new season. Secondly, you would not be able to walk during the high temperatures there.
Is Dubai Miracle Garden Worth visiting?
I visited Dubai Miracle Garden back in 2016 during the cooler months, in March and it was a very nice day spent there. When you enter inside, it is really like a Miracle. Everything is built of flowers.
You walk around and take stunning pictures, relax on the bench, and have some lunch or light snacks that are available there. We were fascinated by all the designs and hard work that was put to create such a spectacular garden.
So was it worth visiting Dubai Miracle Garden? As I was in Dubai many, many times and saw a lot of things, and spent a lot of time at the beach, it was worth it. I have seen many botanical gardens in the world, but this one is different and exceptional.
So if you are a fan of flowers and gardens, or a photographer, definitely go and visit it. However, if you prefer lying on the beach, shopping, or seeing modern or historical sights, then this garden will not be so exciting for you.
