Best Andalusia Souvenirs: What to Bring Back Home

Whenever I travel somewhere new, I always bring back souvenirs typical for that country or region. Something to remember the place by. Andalusia was no different.
One thing you should know before you start shopping: you will find very similar souvenirs throughout Andalusia. Whether you are in Seville, Cordoba, or Ronda, the products in the shops are mostly the same.
The difference is that each town has its own picture and name on it, which is quite nice if you want to remember each city individually.
Here is what we saw and what caught our attention as the best souvenirs to bring back from Andalusia.
1. Ceramics
Andalusia is known for its ceramics. In every town, you will find tiles, plates, bowls, vases, and decorative pieces in all kinds of colours and patterns. They make beautiful home decorations and are one of the most representative souvenirs of the region.

Prices vary depending on the size and the shop, so it is worth having a look around before you buy.
2. Coasters
Among all the ceramic pieces, the coasters are some of my favourites. They are beautiful, very typically Andalusian, and practical at home.

We bought a few, and I am really happy we did. They are also easy to pack and not too expensive.
3. T-shirts
There are plenty of t-shirts available in all sizes, from little kids to adults. Most of them have the name of the town printed on them or typical Spanish designs.

They are affordable and easy to grab as a gift for someone back home. You will find very similar ones in each town, so no need to rush into the first shop you visit.
4. Olive Oil
Andalusia produces a lot of Spain’s olive oil, and the quality is excellent. You will find it in many shops, often in nicely packaged bottles that make great gifts.
I always recommend picking up at least one bottle. It is something you will actually use at home, and it reminds you of the trip every time you cook with it.
5. Flamenco Souvenirs
Flamenco is everywhere in Andalusia, and so are the souvenirs inspired by it. You can find painted hand fans, flamenco dresses, castanets, and more.

The hand fans are particularly nice and very practical if you are visiting in summer, which can get very hot.
The little flamenco dresses for girls were really cute. If you are travelling with a daughter or have a niece back home, they make a lovely gift.
6. Sculptures
We came across various small sculptures and figurines representing typical Andalusian themes, including bulls, flamenco dancers, and Moorish-inspired designs.

They are nice as decorative pieces and a bit more unique than your standard souvenir.
7. Orange Wine
Andalusia, and Seville in particular, is closely connected to oranges. Orange wine is made from Seville oranges and has a distinctive flavour.
It makes a really interesting gift, especially for someone who enjoys wine and likes to try something different.
8. Fridge Magnets
I have been collecting fridge magnets from every destination I visit for years.

Andalusia has some nice ones, with typical designs of the region: flamenco figures, tile patterns, town names, and more. They are small, affordable, and always a good buy.
9. Orange Cosmetics and Scents
This was one of my favourite finds. You can find a whole range of products made with or inspired by the Seville orange: cosmetics, perfumes, candles, air fresheners, and diffuser sticks.
We found one small shop in Seville selling orange cosmetics and perfumes, and it was lovely. They are beautifully packaged and make perfect ready-made gifts for friends and family.
10. Textiles
You will find a good selection of textiles in the souvenir shops. Kitchen towels, oven mitts, and scarves with typical Andalusian or Spanish patterns are all widely available.

They are practical and make nice gifts.
11. Jewellery
There are jewellery shops and stands across all the main towns. You can find earrings, necklaces, and bracelets with Spanish-inspired designs.
Our daughter picked out some colourful bracelets with the Seville name on them, and she was very happy with her choice. It is worth having a look, especially if you are shopping for kids.
12. Trays
Decorative trays are another popular souvenir in Andalusia. They come in different sizes and usually feature pictures of the city and its landmarks, though you will also find ones with colourful Andalusian patterns.

They work well as decorative pieces or as practical items in the home.
13. Textile Bags
Tote bags and fabric bags with the name of the town printed on them are sold everywhere. They are practical, lightweight, and very affordable. A good option if you want something useful to bring back.
14. Cups
You will find cups and mugs with the name of a town or typical Andalusian patterns in every souvenir shop.

They are a classic souvenir and always a safe choice if you are not sure what to get someone.
15. Orange Candies and Biscuits
Given how prominent oranges are in the region, it is no surprise that you will find orange candies in many shops.
You will also come across biscuits in various flavours and packaging. We bought some to bring back home, and they went down very well. Perfect for the whole family.
Where to Shop in Andalusia
In each town across Andalusia, you will find plenty of souvenir shops, so you will not struggle to find what you are looking for. However, if you want a good selection at lower prices, I recommend keeping an eye out for a shop called Artesanias Medina.
We found it in both Seville and Cordoba, and it had a much wider range of products compared to many other shops, at noticeably better prices. It is worth a visit before you spend too much elsewhere.
