Dubai Marina Walk is about a 7 km long promenade around the Marina Canal. It is lined with palm trees, benches, restaurants, and cafes, and surrounded by skyscrapers.
There are luxury yachts parking along the Marina Walk and a small lovely fountain as well as Marina signs for picture taking can be found here.
It is a great area for a lovely walk, jogging, cycling, having dinner, or even shopping, especially in the evening.

Marina Walk offers many opportunities during the day and night alike.
Walking
Walking around the Marina water canal is one of the best places for a walk in Dubai. Whether you choose the daytime, if the weather allows it, or nighttime, a walk here is always pleasant.
I love walking here at night when all the lights are on. It is also great for a romantic walk after your dinner.

Not only for a romantic walk, but Marina Walk is also great when you have children. There are several playgrounds around with benches for parents to sit and watch their children having fun.
Moreover, people love to go jogging here as it is a flat and long area. Do you prefer a bike or a scooter? No problem. You can rent one here.
Shopping
There is always something for shopaholics in Dubai. In Dubai Marina, you can enjoy shopping at Dubai Marina Mall.
Even though it is a very small mall, you will find several famous brands to choose from.
There is also a Waitrose supermarket, a food court, a cinema, and a currency exchange.
Eating
Dubai Marina Walk is a great place to eat. You will find it all here, whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

You can choose from many kinds of restaurants and cafes located around the promenade.
For example, ILOLI restaurant is open during the day and night, where you can have delicious meals, cocktails, and shisha.
Other restaurants are Nando’s, Lamoroso Restaurant & Cafe, Wagamama, Carluccio’s, and many more.
For more fancy eating head to Pier 7, where you will find luxury restaurants and bars with a stunning view of the Dubai Marina Walk.
Ziplining
Are you looking for some adrenaline and adventure? You can certainly get it here. In Dubai Marina, there is the longest urban zipline in the world, called XLine Dubai Marina.
You will fly from one side of the marina to another with a speed of up to 80 km per hour. You can get there from Dubai Marina Mall.
Visiting Mosque

There is a small Mosque called Mohammed Bin Ahmed Al Mulla Mosque, where you can take a guided tour. The entrance fee is 10 AED.
Taking a cruise
Several cruise tours are departing from Dubai Marina. You can choose a traditional Abra cruise or a modern luxury yacht.

How To Get To Dubai Marina Walk
Getting to Dubai Marina Walk is easy, whether you use a car, taxi, or public transportation.
- By public transportation: Take a metro to the Sobha Realty metro station and walk across to the Marina Walk. If you’re coming by bus, take number 8 to the stop at Jumeirah Beach Residence 2. From here is about a 5-minute walk. From Al Shindagha or Dubai Water Canal, you can also take a Water Taxi that will take you to Dubai Marina Walk.
- By Car: You can come by car, however, there is not much parking available here. You can park at Dubai Marina Mall.
- By taxi or Uber: Just tell your driver you want to go to Dubai Marina Walk.
